Introducing Gavin Alan Beck!

Gavin Alan Beck was born today at 2:23pm. He weighed in at 9lbs. 3oz. and was 21 and 3/4 in. long. Everything is exactly as it should, no complications. He was delivered by planned c-section and everything went very smooth. We checked in at 11:30am and were in a room by 11:35am. They asked a lot of questions and by 1:40pm we were heading toward the operating room. There was a slight delay as our Dr. needed to go quickly deliver another baby that would not wait for Gavin and after 25 minutes of waiting, we were moving on with the surgery. By 2:23pm, he was breathing air for the first time!
