Gavin Held by Grandpa Beck

Just less than one week after Gavin's birth, we took him and the rest of our family over to my Grandpa and Grandma Beck's house. My Grandpa has not been doing very well, so we have spent quite a bit of time over there leading up to Gavin's birth. We decided we better take him over at this point because we did not know how much longer we had with Grandpa Beck. This turned out to be the only time my Grandpa got to hold Gavin unfortunately, sadly, he passed away a couple weeks later. It was a very sad time for our family, but I was definitely glad that he got to hold Gavin. Most of our family was in the room or house when he passed, so I am very thankful for being there with him and for the rest of my family.
